Leadership Meridian is a premier leadership development program designed to cultivate the next generation of business and community leaders. This program identifies individuals with leadership potential and provides them with the knowledge, connections, and resources needed to make a meaningful impact in Meridian. 

Program Overview 

Leadership Meridian consists of monthly, full-day sessions where participants gain an in-depth understanding of Meridian’s history, economic landscape, government operations, and key industries. Through interactive tours, expert speakers, and hands-on experiences, participants learn how the community has developed and how they can contribute to its future success.

Commitment & Structure 

Monthly full-day sessions from September to May Hands-on learning experiences, community tours, and guest speakers Leadership training and opportunities for civic engagement. Graduates of Leadership Meridian join an esteemed alumni network, continuing to support and influence the community long after completing the program.

Applications Due: August 7th, 2026 The start date of the 2026-2027 Leadership Meridian Class has been scheduled for September 17, 2026. Selection for the program is based on applications:
