Adapt & Achieve: The Power of Possibility is a Women in Leadership event designed to help women reframe challenges, think differently, and move forward with the resources they already have. 

Whether you are leading a business, managing a team, growing in your career, or preparing for your next step, this event will offer practical insight and encouragement for navigating obstacles, solving problems, and recognizing the opportunities already within your reach. 

Join us for an inspiring afternoon of conversation, connection, and leadership development featuring Tressa McLaughlin, CEO of SOLV, and Dr. Angela Hemingway, CEO of Girl Scouts of Silver Sage. Together, they will share perspective on resourcefulness, leadership, adaptability, and what becomes possible when women choose to think bigger. 

This event is open to women at every stage of leadership - from established executives and business owners to emerging leaders and professionals ready to grow.
