Our annual Man & Woman of the Year Luncheon, sponsored by Boise Rescue Mission Ministries, brings together local businesses and community leaders to celebrate two outstanding individuals who give back, support local causes, and help Meridian thrive.

Featured Speaker: Jen Barth
President & CEO, Boise Rescue Mission Ministries

Jen’s connection to Boise Rescue Mission Ministries began nearly a decade before she became President & CEO, first as a volunteer and later as a Board member. With a background in nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, and community engagement, she now leads the Mission’s work helping men, women, children, and veterans rebuild their lives and move toward lasting stability.

During the luncheon, we will:

• Present the 2026 Man of the Year and Woman of the Year awards.
• Recognize our Ambassador of the Year for outstanding service and support of Chamber members.
• Install our incoming Board of Directors, welcoming the leaders who will guide the Chamber in the year ahead.
