Description

Leadership skills matter most when you put them into action.

Join Meridian Chamber Emerging Leaders for Connecting with Purpose: Turning Skills Into Action, the final event in our three-part 2026 series focused on how leaders serve and support their teams.

Robert Phillips, CEO of Brighton Corporation, will open with insights on leading teams. Then, you’ll rotate through hands-on group activities focused on collaboration, self-awareness, and communication.

Come ready to connect with other professionals, challenge yourself, and leave with ideas you can bring back to your team.
