As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships while helping clients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life through reliable, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, walking, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
• Provide medication reminders per company policy
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Report changes in client condition to the office promptly
• Document services accurately and on time
• Follow each client's care plan while respecting their preferences
• Promote client safety, independence, and dignity
• Communicate professionally with family, supervisors, and care team members
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
