El Pollo Loco is excited to open in Meridian on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 3471 W. Chinden Blvd. #100. We serve Mexican-inspired, citrus-marinated fire-grilled chicken cooked fresh, along with burritos, bowls, tacos, tostadas, salads, family meals, fresh sides, and drinks. Guests can enjoy dine-in, takeout, and convenient drive-thru service. We are open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, with lobby and in-person dining closing at 9 PM. We look forward to serving the Meridian community with fresh, flavorful food made for families, lunch breaks, quick dinners, and gatherings.
